to see if your inkjet cartridges or toner cartridge is listed. If it is then fill out the Schedule a
Pickup form and submit it to us. Once we have received your form before 5:00PM eastern
standard time Monday - Friday , one of our representatives will contact you to arrange for a
pickup the next following business day and return it to you the day after we pickup your empties.
You can also contact us by phone to schedule a pickup. For instance, if you call us or send us
the schedule a pickup form on Monday before 5:00 PM, we will pick up your empty catridges
after 9:00AM on Tuesday and return it to you after 9:00 AM on Wednesday. So please put your
empty cartridges in a bag and hang it on the door knob before 9:00 AM on the day it is schedule
for a pickup.
We currently pickup and deliver to the following towns and city of Massachusetts. Click on
Towns and Cities we pickup and deliver on the left for the list. If you live outside of these towns,
city or state and you would like to have your empty inkjet cartridges or toner cartridges refill.
You can send us your empties to have it refill or purchase our remanufactured cartridges listed
as Toner cartridges we refill / sell and MicrToner cartridges we refill / sell to your left. Simply
fill out the schedule a pickup form and put it in along with the cartridges you will send to us to
have it refill. Once we received the package, we will refill it and contact you to obtain the billing
information from you.
We will send you a confirmation invoice on all the orders that are received including pickup /
delivery. If you don't have an email address, we simply place the invoice inside your orders
before it is mailed or delivered.
