WARRANTY

All toner cartridges are 100% tested prior to leaving our facility to ensure that they are free of
defects in material and workmanship.  However, we will honor requests for defective product
replacement/credit for up to 1 year from date of purchase on all laser toner products.   All
DFIR non stock items or special builds are nonrefundable.


GUARANTEE

We guarantee that subject to normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, printer wear,
or deterioration to any compatible printers or copiers.  In the event that our cartridges do
cause damage to your printer, we will cover the cost of repair or the fair market replacement
of the printer, with proper documentation.


LIABILITY

Any cartridge that is greater than 80% empty based on weight will not receive a credit.  All
non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges that
were incurred.  No credit or refund will be issued until the returns are received and
processed.  Any cartridge that has been abused or tampered with will not be accepted.  All
cartridges that are not accepted as returns will be disposed of unless a request has been
made for their return on your packing slip.  If the return is not a DFIR Cartridge or if we do
not receive the defective cartridge within 30 days of issuance of the replacement, your
account may be charged for the replacement as well as all shipping charges incurred.
